Needed Items - Housing Programs

There are many roads to a safe warm home and building one's own home is one of them! EICAP's Mutual Self-Help Housing program provides opportunities for eligible individuals and families to become homeowners. A set of hand tools is needed for each of the soon-to-be homeowners to build their own home. In addition, EICAP needs to replace the worn power tools and electrical generators that are used to build the new neighborhoods. EICAP also provides for seniors, disabled and families. Hand tools and power equipment are needed by our maintenance staff to ensure that our residents live in safe housing.
