Affordable Housing

EICAP currently owns and manages nine properties, providing a total of 347 units of housing. Five of the properties are family housing and the others are designated as senior housing. Senior housing provides housing for persons who are 62 or over or handicapped or disabled and who meet income and tenant selection criteria.
