Affordable Housing

EICAP currently owns and manages eight properties, providing a total of 320 units of housing. Four of the properties are family housing and the others are designated as senior housing. Senior housing provides housing for persons who are 62 or over or handicapped or disabled and who meet income and tenant selection criteria.

We have on-site offices and managers at Aspen Park, Camas Street, Twin Pines, Riverside and Teton View. Market Lake, South Fremont and Lost River are managed from the Constitution Way office.
