Anyone can call the Ombudsman if they:

  1. Have a question about finding appropriate long term care services for themselves or their loved one
  2. Have a question or concern about the care they or their loved one is receiving either in their home, in a nursing home or in an assisted living center
  3. Want to learn more about the Ombudsman program
  4. Want a copy of presentation topics
  5. Want to volunteer.

Call, write or visit your Ombudsman whenever you have a question, concern or problem with long term care.
