Rental Assistance

Rental/mortgage assistance is available after May 1st and as long as we have funding available. Assistance is determined on a case-by-case basis and every request may not be approved. The most that will be paid is 80% of one month's rent/mortgage.

In order to be eligible for rental/mortage assistance, a household must meet the following income eligibility (Effective July 1, 2010 to June 30, 2011):
