Director of Head Start

EICAP’s Head Start/Early Head Start Department is currently accepting applications for the Director of Head Start. This position is full-time with generous benefits, and an annual salary of $70,000-85,000, depending on experience. (Please follow link below for more information.)

Under the direction of the Chief Executive Officer, the Head Start Director is responsible for administration of the Head Start and Early Head Start Program for the Agency; and provides services to children and families with low income. Head Start Performance Standard 1304.52(c) regarding Head Start Director qualifications must be met through demonstrated skills and abilities in a management capacity relevant to human services program management.
