Housing Operations/Compliance Manager

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and five or more years of experience and/or training in HUD and USDA Rural Development property management. Previous public contact work experience preferred. Must be willing to attend trainings as necessary in related areas of Fair Housing, HUD, HOME, RD and/or LIHTC.

Housing Director

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

Bachelor’s degree or three years’ of progressively responsible, paid experience involving community services, group work, community development and/or consumer advocacy experience. A minimum of two years’ supervisory experience in a non-profit organization or public organization is required.  Knowledge of and working experience with Fair Housing, HUD, USDA, Rural Development, and MSHHP is preferred.

Cook-Driggs

EICAP Head Start in Driggs is currently accepting applications for this part time/seasonal position. 

POSITION SUMMARY: The primary purpose of the Cook position in the Eastern Idaho Community Action Partnership Birth to Five Program is to prepare and serve food in accordance with the USDA CACFP regulations, Head Start Performance Standards, and state/local regulations and guidelines. The Cook performs all job responsibilities in a safe manner and prepares meals and snacks for children, volunteers and adults eating at the site.  The cook occasionally provides food for special meetings and events, assists in developing menus, and recruits parent volunteers to help in the kitchen.
