Rental Assistance

Rental assistance is available for households facing a past due or eviction notice or are seeking assistance with a security deposit. Income and other eligibility guidelines apply.

Idaho Housing and Finance Association Emergency Rental Assistance Program (HPP):

Income eligibility guidelines are 80% of the Area Median Income. A member of the household must have an obligation to pay rent and a member of the household has a qualifying COVID-19 related hardship, either directly or indirectly.
