EICAP operates food pantries in Rexburg, Salmon, and Challis.  EICAP partners with the Idaho Food Bank for USDA commodities and receives local community donations from individuals and community food drives.

To apply for food assistance, click below and complete both the TEFAP and Universal Applications.  Once completed, please bring both applications to the food pantry.  Participants also may walk in to apply.

Universal Application

The Emergency Food Assistance Program (TEFAP)- is a federally run program that helps supplement the diets of low-income Americans by providing them with nutrition assistance at no cost.  Participants can access these commodities once a month.

Participants must provide the completed applications, identification, proof of residency in the State of Idaho and declare household income at or below 200% of the Federal Poverty Level.

Community Donations – We accept food donations as well as monetary donations for the purchase of food.
