EICAP is currently seeking interested parties for the following Board of Directors positions:

  • Financial Management or Accounting Specialist
  • Early Childhood Education and developmental specialist (birth to five years)
  • Low-Income member or representative of low-income organization, neighborhood, or community group
  • Public Official representative of a county in the nine-county service area
